Elossa circuits are designed specifically for people aged 60+ to safely challenge you to become stronger and fitter. Whether you want to continue to do the things you love to do or go back to doing the things you used to do, our circuits are designed to help you Do More.

Personalised

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will conduct a personalised Initial Assessment to tailor the circuits to you. Whether you want more strength to do the things you enjoy, more energy to play with your grandkids or walk with your friends, we will work together to achieve your goals.

Group Circuits

Our group circuits are designed by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists specifically for ages 60+ to increase strength, functional fitness and balance. They are designed to be fun and foster a community spirit and sense of connection. We hope that life long friends will be made at our circuits.

Specialised Equipment

Elossa uses specialised equipment sourced from Finland. The advanced technology of this equipment is the culmination of 30 years of research into exercise solutions for active ageing. The equipment is easy to use and automatically adjusts to your personalised programme.

Elossa Circuits for Active Ageing

Elossa Circuits are designed to challenge you at all fitness levels. Each circuit is around 40 minutes long and combines exercises designed to improve your strength, balance and cardio.

The circuits are designed by our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists to safely challenge you to become stronger and fitter.  Elossa Circuits are group based, which means you are training in a supportive, collaborative and fun environment.

We will regularly change and update our circuits to keep it interesting and challenging. Whatever your functional fitness goals are – staying ‘young at heart’ or ‘getting back to feeling like the old you’ – Elossa Circuits can help you achieve them.

Elossa Circuits

Each Elossa Circuit is around 40 minutes long and will challenge you, energise you and support you to achieve your goals. We will regularly change and update our circuits to keep it interesting and challenging. These are our current Circuits:

Cardio Strength

Full body strength and cardio workout to improve strength and endurance. Our Cardio Strength Circuit is a full body workout designed to make you feel strong and fit.

Strong & Steady

Focussed on your strength and balance with exercises to build your overall strength and improve your stability. Our Strong & Steady Circuit is a workout designed to make you feel strong and stable.

All Rounder

Builds everyday functional fitness so you can feel strong and fit and ready to tackle your favourite activities. Our All Rounder Circuit builds muscle mass, increases strength and improves functional ability.

Do More with your personalised Elossa Circuit

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists have designed each station in an Elossa Circuit to get you working at the optimal level to safely challenge you to improve your strength and fitness by building muscle mass, muscle strength and balance.

When you join Elossa, you will have a one-on-one Initial Assessment with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists who will assess your level of fitness and create a personalised program for you. This program is stored in your personalised Elossa wrist band.

We have sourced specialised equipment from Finland which is based on 30 years of research into exercise solutions for active ageing. This equipment automatically recognises your Elossa wrist band, and adjusts to your personalised program. It also tracks your workouts and allows you and our expert team members to see your improvements over time.

At any point along your fitness journey, you can book in for another one-on-one assessment to review your progress and update your personalised program.
