Training with Elossa
Elossa Circuits are designed specifically for people aged 60+ at all fitness levels. Designed by our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists our circuits combine elements of strength, balance, cardio and flexibility to deliver improved functional fitness.
Circuit classes are run as a group by our expert staff. Each exercise station is personalised to your fitness level to enable you to achieve your specific training goals. Training with Elossa will help you to continue to do the things you love to do, or go back to doing the things you used to do.

Why was Elossa created?
Elossa is a specialised gym for people aged 60+ focussing on functional fitness and muscle strength essential to perform every day activities. Elossa was conceived as a unique space to give the older person a place where they could receive professionally designed training programs to improve their quality of life. We are here to make a real difference.
