Exercise to improve strength, fitness and balance
What is an Exercise Physiologist

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified allied health professional who has the expertise and skills to provide safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Accredited Exercise Physiologists aim to improve health outcomes for people managing cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory and metabolic conditions through exercise interventions.
Exercise has proved beneficial to a wide range of medical conditions, as well as improving functional capacity, reducing risk of falls and improving outcomes through cancer treatment. Exercise truly is one of the best things you can do for your health in the prevention and management of chronic disease with Exercise Physiologists being best placed to support your pathway.
Elossa also employs university qualified Exercise Scientists who are able to provide expert supervision when members have completed their assessment with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
